The Cal Lutheran Center for Economic Research and Forecasting is convening a community conversation on the barriers to upward economic mobility. Dozens of local community thought leaders will gather to listen to speakers and data on the issue of what is blocking people from climbing the economic ladder. Then they will discuss and present the solutions. Moderators will lead the small group discussions.
